Our Story
Boscoe’s Place is owned and operated by lifelong Covington, Ohio residents and restaurant industry veterans, Jason and Pam Sommer. Boscoe’s Place is named in memory of Jason and Pam’s longtime canine companion. He was very special to them both and Boscoe’s Place pays tribute to him.
When Chris and the Haines family desired to have a restaurant in the new Marias Technology building in Downtown Covington, Chris knew that there was no one he would rather have operating this restaurant than Jason and Pam. Close friends since grade school, he knew Jason and Pam shared many characteristics with the Haines family like drive and integrity, but also a great love for the Village of Covington.
The goal of Boscoe’s Place is to be the go-to place in the Covington area for friends and family, in groups small or large, to enjoy a nice, relaxed meal together. Boscoe’s Place strives to use the highest quality ingredients, served by the friendliest staff, and to create a positive experience for everyone we are lucky enough to serve.
